Exchange & Return Policy
Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 business days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Sale Items
All items purchased during sales or promotional offers are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Manufacturing Defects
In case of any manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to an exchange or return, and the company will bear all shipping fees after the defect has been verified.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Shipping Fees
All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are borne by the customer, unless the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect.
